Company Policies — Read Carefully
Punctuality: Arrive 15 minutes before your gig. Late arrivals (3+) result in suspension. No-shows result in immediate termination.
Uniform compliance: Full GSC uniform required on every job. Failure to comply results in removal from site and forfeiture of pay.
Tool responsibility: Lost or damaged GSC-provided tools are deducted from your next paycheck at replacement cost.
Rating system: Clients rate crew after each gig. Maintain 4.0+ average to remain active. Bonuses unlock at 4.5+.
Communication: Must respond to dispatch within 15 minutes. Failure to respond to emergency calls may result in suspension.
Zero tolerance: Drugs, alcohol, harassment, or theft on site results in immediate termination and potential legal action.
Non-solicitation: You may not solicit GSC clients directly for 12 months after separation from GSC.
Safety first: OSHA-10 certification is a bonus — not required to work. If you hold OSHA-10 or OSHA-30, upload it during onboarding for higher pay eligibility. All crew must follow GSC safety rules and stop-work authority at all times.
